At Potters of Buxton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all store tags still attached.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return inside the original packaging, ensuring the completed returns form is included inside the parcel.

  Generate a Label

  Visit our online returns portal to download your pre-paid shipping label or QR code for easy drop-off at your nearest courier point.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection site, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
